Q: HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU DO EACH YEAR?

A: We do a maximum of 5 weddings per year.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

A: We charge 12% of the total amount of the celebrations. Our minimum budget for the wedding celebration is €75.000. Travel days and expenses will be charged separately.

Q: WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?

A: FIRST PAYMENT: 50% of Wedding Planning Fees upon signature of contract 

SECOND PAYMENT: 25% of Wedding Planner Fees 3-6 months before the wedding 

THIRD PAYMENT: 25% of Wedding Planner Fees the month before the wedding 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES will be paid a week before the wedding.

Q: HOW MUCH DO YOUR CUSTOMERS SPEND ON THEIR WEDDING?

A: Our overseas customers usually spend a minimum of €80.000 on their wedding day. Additional celebrations like rehearsal dinner and brunch the day after have a variation on the total budget.

Q: WE HAVE ALREADY BOOKED THE VENUE AND THE CATERER. CAN WE STILL HIRE YOU?

A. Yes, you can! Our team will adapt to the vendors you have already chosen and we will make sure we have common standards to make your wedding an unforgettable event.

Q: CAN WE HIRE VENDORS ON OUR OWN AFTER HIRING YOU?

A: As a rule, we do not accept outside vendors once we have signed the contract. However, we are open to the suggestions and preferences of our couples.

Q: OUR WEDDING HAS BEEN DOWNSIZED AND WE WILL NOT HAVE AS MANY GUESTS AS WE STATED FROM THE BEGINNING. HOW DO WE WORK THIS OUT?

A. When signing your contract, you are committing to a guaranteed minimum expenditure for food and beverages based on your estimated guest count regardless of your actual attendance. However, we will stand by your side and negotiate with the venue or hotel. Ultimately, the contract you have signed is binding.

Q: WE HAVE DECIDED TO REDUCE OUR INITIAL WEDDING BUDGET. WILL YOUR FEES ALSO BE CUT?

A: Our Wedding Planner Fees are stated upon the signing of the contract and act as a base for our services. If your budget grows, the fees will grow according to the 12% stated in the contract.

Q: WE LIVE IN DIFFERENT TIME ZONES, HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE?

A: We will adapt our periodic videocalls to your schedule. In addition, emails will be sent to confirm what has been discussed in meetings.

Q: WE DON’T SPEAK SPANISH AND WE DON’T KNOW THE LOCAL CUSTOMS. CAN YOU HELP US?

A: We are happy to be the liason between our couples and our vendors. We will explain all our local traditions and make sure we adapt them to your own. Most of our vendors speak good English, when not possible, we will gladly be your translator.

Q: CAN YOU HELP US WITH THE CONTRACTS?

A: Yes, we are happy to aid you with the contracts and will make sure to explain everything as thoroughly as possible.

Q: CAN WE BRING FAVORS FROM OUR COUNTRY?

A: Yes, you can, however, it is not permitted to bring food or beverages in most venues or hotels. All other favors you can distribute according to the hotel or venue’s guidelines. If you want us to aid you with this, it will have an additional fee.

Q: CAN WE BRING OUR OWN DJ OR MUSICIANS?

A: Some venues have a resident DJ who performs at all their celebrations. We will study each case separately to make sure all parties agree and that Spanish intelectual property law is met.

Q: IS THERE A FOOD AND BEVERAGES MINIMUM FOR HOTELS AND VENUES?

A: Most venues and hotels work with a minimum of 100 guests. However, if you are hosting a smaller wedding, we will make sure the vendors have this into consideration when signing the contract.

Q: WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A CASH BAR AT THE DANCEFLOOR. CAN WE DO THIS?

A. There are no cash bars in weddings in Spain. As this is something that concerns the hotel or venue, the final decision is upon them.

Q: CAN WE BRING OUR OWN CELEBRANT?

A: We will be delighted to welcome your preferred celebrant for your symbolic ceremony. We do also have English-speaking celebrants that can officiate the ceremony.
